Deine Bestellung wird mit Sorgfalt verpackt und geprüft. Bitte kontrolliere die Sendung dennoch sofort bei Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und Unversehrtheit. Sollte etwas nicht in Ordnung sein, wende dich bitte an welove@super-vienna.com oder +43 1 8764090 und gib bei Rückfragen auch immer deine Rechnungsnummer an. Sollte etwas zu Bruch gegangen sein, benötigen wir bitte innerhalb von 3 Tagen ab Zustellung Fotos der beschädigten Ware. Spätere Reklamationen oder eine Schadensmeldung ohne Foto-Dokumentation der Schäden können aus versicherungstechnischen Gründen leider nicht berücksichtigt werden.

Please mind to always provide your invoice number for reference. If something should be damaged on arrival, we need photos of the damaged goods within 3 days after delivery. Later complaints or a damage report without photo documentation of the damage can unfortunately not be taken into account for insurance reasons.
