This label is a women’s fashion brand founded by creative director, Dierdre Roffoni. Xirena (pronounced “Suh- ren –uh”) means ‘mermaid’ in Spanish.
Cover Story. Patmos is new this season in our quilted cotton gauze with a cotton lining. This long sleeve jacket features a banded collar, faux horn button-front, front welt pockets, contrast taping throughout, and a loose-fitting sleeve.
