HOW TO USE:
1. WARM UP
If you apply your fragrance to lively and warm areas of skin, you will achieve a more intense fragrance effect. Place it behind the ears, on the wrists, on the neck and on the décolleté.
2 COOL DOWN
If you want your perfume to last longer, choose cooler areas of skin such as the earlobe. Here’s the secret tip: in summer, the back of the knees or shoulders are also perfect options. Applying it to the back of the knee ensures that the fragrance spreads over the entire body as it always rises upwards. The shoulders, on the other hand, are the outer areas that are closest to those around you and therefore create a particularly subtle fragrance aura.
3. DON’T RUB IT
During the first test, many people tend to spray perfume on their forearm and then rub it carelessly on the other arm. Stop! Rubbing unintentionally mixes the fragrance molecules together. This not only destroys the fragrance dramaturgy, but also reduces the intensity of the fragrance. It is better to dab carefully and give the fragrance time to unfold its full splendour.
4. TIMING
There is actually an optimal time to apply perfume: preferably directly after showering. The residual moisture on your skin helps to preserve the fragrance better.
5. CARE ABOUT IT
Dry skin does not retain fragrance so well. A generous dose of moisture is not only good for the skin, but also the ideal basis for retaining the fragrance for longer. If you generally tend to have dry skin, you can use an additional splash of perfume. On oily skin, however, perfumes have a more intense effect and should therefore be used more sparingly. Here’s a tip: use fragrance-neutral lotions to enhance the scent without distorting it.
6. KEEP IT DARK
Flacons are often decorative pieces, but it is important to remember that perfume should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Not only can UV rays affect the intensity of the fragrance, but heat and temperature fluctuations can also alter the perfume. Tip: Remove the tag from our bottle, spray it on and hang it in your wardrobe or somewhere you want to smell the fragrance.
